The Inn at Ragged Edge Farm is such a place, and can be yours
exclusively to relax and unwind, and have some laughs and reminisce with
family and friends. Are your parents celebrating a special anniversary?
Do you have a spouse reaching a birthday milestone? Are you welcoming
the addition of a new family member? Is your group (golfers, quilters,
church women, youth group, etc.) due for a weekend getaway?
Rent the inn exclusively and give yourself and your loved
ones the gift of time in a setting that can be your home away from home.
If winter is your favorite season, plan a stay that includes
downhill or cross-country skiing. At the end of the day, your group can
gather in the Tavern or Great Room and warm yourselves by the crackling
fire or enjoy the heated indoor pool and sauna.
Prefer summer? Be sure to include
golf, hiking, bicycling or kayaking in your stay. As the day winds down,
your family and friends
can sit on the deck and enjoy conversation late into the night with a
backdrop of the bright white twinkle of the stars against the deep
blue-black of the country sky. Each morning, enjoy our complimentary,
full homemade buffet breakfast in the company of your fellow
vacationers.

What are some of the benefits of having the inn exclusively to yourselves?
- The innkeepers are dedicated to serving just your group.
- The facility is all yours: the pool, the sauna, the
grounds, the games, the common areas. The whole inn, and you don’t have
to share it with any other guests.
- Every guest is a family member or a friend. That means
that every guest is here at your invitation, so you don't have to worry
about being too loud or bothering other guests. If you want to wander
out to breakfast in your pajamas and fuzzy slippers, go ahead!
- The Great Room is yours to enjoy: show your home movies, hold karaoke contests, or play group games.
- Refrigerator space is available if you’d like to bring food for lunches, dinners and snacks.
- Breakfast times can be adjusted to suit your schedule.
This is great, for example, if you stay up later than normal because you
were having too much fun to go to bed on time!
- The Tavern can be set up, stocked and tended by the group for the group.
- Your group has kitchen privileges. That means you can
bring your groceries, use our refrigerator, and cook in our spacious,
well-appointed kitchen and/or grill on our five burner gas grill (it
holds 50 hamburgers!).

Groups in the Off-Season
There are a few weekends a year that we consider “off-season”.
During these times, the Inn is available at special rates. Gather your
friends, family or group for a great time and enjoy the savings! Bring a
minimum of 20 (or a maximum of 50) of your friends and family to the
Inn-no minimum stay required! To have the Inn to yourselves, here are
the details (NH Rooms & Meals Tax not included):

Deposit, payment and cancellation information
A deposit of 40% is required to reserve the dates. Cash, a single credit card or a single check are accepted.
Balance is due two weeks prior to check in. Cash, a single credit card or a single check are accepted.
Children 5 and under do not count towards your total and stay
free. Rates do not include New Hampshire 8% Rooms & Meals Tax.
