All rates given below are for double occupancy and include a delicious homemade breakfast.

For each additional person, add $25 (includes breakfast). Children 5 years old and under are no extra charge.

Rates do not include 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax.

Our inn allows for private or shared baths. If you choose a room whose bathroom can be shared (rooms #2 through #7), we will not rent the adjoining room (unless you request us to do so). This then gives you a private bath. These rooms, #2 through #7, are available only as suites during most weekends and/or holiday/vacation periods.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Two-night minimum stay required on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights). Select long weekends or holiday periods may require a longer minimum stay, and may have different rates.

Twenty-five dollar non-refundable deposit per room/suite, per night, due at time of reservation.
